Printing out all the responses would take pages and pages! Below is a smidgen of randomly selected excerpts from the online survey. (They may be edited for length.)

1. Of course I loved it! :-) ... I felt a like a very good friend was saying all the things I needed to hear and was encouraging me to again do the right thing!! I have referred to my journal several times, gone to the scripture music website and in general been more excited about my faith.

2. I really like how it was explained that we must know God and trust His plan and not doubt when prayers aren't answered the way we prayed.

3. Many issues spoke truth to my heart and resonated with the ladies around me, too. I especially appreciated the candor and passion Fawn and Debi showed. Their ideas inspired and convicted me to live life in intentional ways that cultivate faith. The testimony portion was incredible.

4. I believe in God but have struggled with what my faith means to me, and what my personal relationship is with him. I was really looking for something to help me better understand faith, and this retreat did it. This retreat has made me feel so much closer to God and a better example for my entire family. Thank you!

5. One of the foremost thoughts is knowing that my roots are growing even when it is winter time in my soul. So many times that feels like time wasted - I know now it is time well spent.

What would you have changed about the retreat?

1. Longer group discusssion time.

2. The only thing lacking was time. Can we have a 3 day weekend next time with no thought of home...oh, well, in my dreams.

3. Longer time in the discussion groups. I felt a bit rushed to get everything in.

4. Less journal activity - more discussion time.

5. I LOVE the plan for the journals, but more guidance is needed, in my humble opinion. More reflective time would be good also, but I wouldn't want you to have any less speaking time, as that was definitely my favorite time of the retreat!
